Hi, my name is Megan and I am a fully qualified Art Psychotherapist and Counsellor. I am BAAT and HCPC registered with an MSc in Art Psychotherapy, as well as a BA (Hons) in Psychology. My practice is located in the city center of Stirling.

What is Art Therapy?

Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy which uses artistic expression to help to express yourself.

Anyone can participate in art therapy and you do not need to be good at art to do so. Art Therapy can only be delivered by a trained Art Therapist.

The goal of Art Therapy is to utilize the creative process to help people explore self-expression, find new ways to gain personal insight and develop new coping skills. The creation and appreciation of art is used to help people explore emotions, develop self-awareness, manage stress, aid self-esteem and enhance social skills.

You do not need to face your problems alone. Together we can work through them with online or face to face therapy sessions. Please feel free to contact me on the details provided below for more information.

Please email me to find out more information. I offer a free phone consultation prior to your first session
